Tom Sadler graduated from University of Nebraska at Lincoln, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering in 1972. While working full time, he continued his studies and received a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering in 1975. His Major was in Structural Engineering with a minor in Engineering Mechanics. After working for various architecture and engineering firms, he started The Sadler Group in 1988. He is active in professional activities and it a member of the following professional organizations: American Society of Civil Engineers, American Concrete Institute, and Structural Engineers Association of Texas.
